He joined the Leong Hup business group at the end of 1990 as Internal Auditor. Mr Tan Lai Kai is one of the pioneers with his involvement in the incorporation of PT Leong Ayamsatu Primadona, which was the first investment of Leong Hup Group in Indonesia.
