Malindo Food Delight Signs MoU Export with Sariraya Japan

PT Malindo Food Delight (MFD), a processed food producer, a subsidiary of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk, Friday 22 October 2021 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with importer Sariraya Co.Ltd to export processed food to Japan in 2022. This was done at the 2021 Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) which was held virtually by the Indonesian Ministry of Trade in Jakarta and was opened by the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo, (21/10). TEI 2021 is the 36th exhibition with the theme Reviving Global Trade.
The MoU was signed by Teguh Wahyudi, from Sariraya Co.Ltd and Rewin Hanrahan from PT Malindo Food Delight with an export value of USD 200,000. Witnessed by the Director General of National Export Development of the Ministry of Trade, Didi Sumedi and the Ad Interm Charge d'Affaires of the Indonesian Embassy in Japan, Tri Purnajaya.
Malindo's first export to Japan was carried out on September 1, 2020 by sending four types of products, namely SunnyGold Chicken Nugget, SunnyGold Chicken Tempura, SunnyGold Chicken Karage Black Pepper and SunnyGold Chicken Spicy Karaage. "Hopefully the signing of the MoU for exports to Japan for 2022 will further demonstrate the existence and quality of Indonesian products in the world trade arena," said Rewin Hanrahan.
