Malindo Held Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in Hybrid

PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk. (MAIN) held a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for the 2024 Fiscal Year in Jakarta, May 22, 2025. The meeting, which was held in a hybrid manner, was attended by the Director of Malindo, notaries, public accountants and the Securities Administration Bureau. After the GMS, it was continued with an online public expose attended by journalists.
In the public expose, Rudy Hartono Husin, Director of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk, said that the net profit in the current year 2024 was IDR 488.02 trillion, an increase of 672.5% compared to 2023, which was IDR 63.1 billion.
Meanwhile, net sales in 2024 were IDR 12.5 trillion, an increase of 3.7% or IDR 444.8 billion compared to 2023, which was IDR 12.1 trillion.
This increase was mainly driven by an increase in broiler chicken sales of 13.4% or IDR271.5 billion, an increase in day-old chick/duckling sales of 21.9% or IDR365.5 billion, processed food sales of 10.7% or IDR12.5 billion, and an increase in other sales of 28.9% or IDR114.9 billion. Malindo will also distribute dividends of IDR65 per share to shareholders or a total of IDR145 billion. Meanwhile, Rewin Hanrahan, Director of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk, said that Malindo is currently still working on the export market, where after exporting processed products to Japan in 2020, it will be followed by exports to Singapore in 2023 and to Oman in 2025. He is optimistic that the Middle East export market is still potential where in July Malindo will realize the next export of processed products to the United Arab Emirates.

Director General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Releases Malindo First Export to Oman

Director General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health of the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture, Dr. Drh. Agung Suganda, M.Si released the first export of processed products from PT Malindo Food Delight (MFD) to Oman and continued exports to Singapore, Thursday, April 17, 2025. The release was carried out at the PT Malindo Food Delight Factory in Cikarang, West Java.
The types of products exported are the SunnyGold and Ciki Wiki brands with karage and nugget variants. The total export was 2 containers or around 12 tons.
Malindo started its first export in 2020 to Japan then to Singapore in 2023 and followed by Oman in 2025.
In his direction, the Director General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health (Dirjen PKH) said that currently Indonesia is self-sufficient in chicken and eggs so that the government encourages producers to expand marketing through exports. “The opportunity is definitely there because Indonesian products are not inferior to foreign products as long as they are willing to do it. Like today, PT Malindo Food Delight has been able to penetrate exports to the Middle East, namely Oman. We hope that it will be followed by other countries such as the United Arab Emirates,” said the Director General.
Meanwhile, Rewin Hanrahan, Director of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk said that the realization of Malindo’s exports to Oman cannot be separated from the support of the government in this case the Directorate General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health which helped reach an agreement between the two countries and the continuous efforts made by the Malindo team to meet the requirements requested by the destination country for export. “The realization of Malindo’s exports to Oman, which is one of the countries in the Arabian Peninsula with a fairly good economic level, has become new energy for us amidst tight competition and an unstable global economy. This is also an important momentum for us, that Malindo’s products, meaning the products of the nation’s children, can penetrate Middle Eastern countries,” said Rewin.
Malindo is targeting that in the next 2-3 months it will realize the export of processed products to the United Arab Emirates, which is currently in the preparation stage.

Malindo Breaking Fast with Orphanage Children

The holy month of Ramadhan 2025, Malindo held CSR by sending Sunny Chick fried chicken packages for breaking the fast to several orphanages located in Tangerang Regency, Monday, March 17, 2025. Among them are the Assomadiyyah Social Orphanage, the Peduli Anak Bangsa Orphanage Foundation and the Lksa Al-Izanni Orphanage.
The fasting month did not reduce Malindo’s enthusiasm to share kindness by providing 105 packages of Sunny Chick fried chicken to children living in the orphanage. The children were seen very enthusiastic and gathered to welcome the arrival of the Malindo team.
Not only seeking blessings, this activity is Malindo’s effort to meet the needs of animal protein in children while fasting.
“I would like to thank Malindo for the attention and assistance provided. We and the children express our gratitude because this assistance can help the nutrition of the children in the orphanage to remain sufficient. Welcoming Ramadhan Malindo Participates in Cheap Market Operation

PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk participated in the cheap food market operation organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, the National Food Agency (NFA) and PT Pos Indonesia. This activity took place during the month of Ramadan from February 24 to March 29, 2025 by selling 5 main products, namely buffalo meat, rice, cooking oil, garlic, sugar and additional chicken and egg products. This Market Operation aims to supply food needs for the community during the month of Ramadan at below market prices.
In this cheap market operation activity, Malindo provides frozen chicken at a price of IDR 34,000 / head according to that set by the government.
This cheap market operation is spread across various PT Pos Indonesia locations throughout Indonesia, and the Ministry of Agriculture’s UPT. Malindo participated in four locations, namely PT Pos Indonesia Pasar Minggu, the Pasar Minggu Agricultural Instrument Standardization Agency, the Pasar Minggu Agricultural Instrument Standardization Implementation Center and PT Pos Indonesia Pondok Labu.
