Malindo Held Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in Hybrid

PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk. (MAIN) held a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for the 2024 Fiscal Year in Jakarta, May 22, 2025. The meeting, which was held in a hybrid manner, was attended by the Director of Malindo, notaries, public accountants and the Securities Administration Bureau. After the GMS, it was continued with an online public expose attended by journalists.
In the public expose, Rudy Hartono Husin, Director of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk, said that the net profit in the current year 2024 was IDR 488.02 trillion, an increase of 672.5% compared to 2023, which was IDR 63.1 billion.
Meanwhile, net sales in 2024 were IDR 12.5 trillion, an increase of 3.7% or IDR 444.8 billion compared to 2023, which was IDR 12.1 trillion.
This increase was mainly driven by an increase in broiler chicken sales of 13.4% or IDR271.5 billion, an increase in day-old chick/duckling sales of 21.9% or IDR365.5 billion, processed food sales of 10.7% or IDR12.5 billion, and an increase in other sales of 28.9% or IDR114.9 billion. Malindo will also distribute dividends of IDR65 per share to shareholders or a total of IDR145 billion. Meanwhile, Rewin Hanrahan, Director of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk, said that Malindo is currently still working on the export market, where after exporting processed products to Japan in 2020, it will be followed by exports to Singapore in 2023 and to Oman in 2025. He is optimistic that the Middle East export market is still potential where in July Malindo will realize the next export of processed products to the United Arab Emirates.

Director General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Releases Malindo First Export to Oman

Director General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health of the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture, Dr. Drh. Agung Suganda, M.Si released the first export of processed products from PT Malindo Food Delight (MFD) to Oman and continued exports to Singapore, Thursday, April 17, 2025. The release was carried out at the PT Malindo Food Delight Factory in Cikarang, West Java.
The types of products exported are the SunnyGold and Ciki Wiki brands with karage and nugget variants. The total export was 2 containers or around 12 tons.
Malindo started its first export in 2020 to Japan then to Singapore in 2023 and followed by Oman in 2025.
In his direction, the Director General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health (Dirjen PKH) said that currently Indonesia is self-sufficient in chicken and eggs so that the government encourages producers to expand marketing through exports. “The opportunity is definitely there because Indonesian products are not inferior to foreign products as long as they are willing to do it. Like today, PT Malindo Food Delight has been able to penetrate exports to the Middle East, namely Oman. We hope that it will be followed by other countries such as the United Arab Emirates,” said the Director General.
Meanwhile, Rewin Hanrahan, Director of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk said that the realization of Malindo’s exports to Oman cannot be separated from the support of the government in this case the Directorate General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health which helped reach an agreement between the two countries and the continuous efforts made by the Malindo team to meet the requirements requested by the destination country for export. “The realization of Malindo’s exports to Oman, which is one of the countries in the Arabian Peninsula with a fairly good economic level, has become new energy for us amidst tight competition and an unstable global economy. This is also an important momentum for us, that Malindo’s products, meaning the products of the nation’s children, can penetrate Middle Eastern countries,” said Rewin.
Malindo is targeting that in the next 2-3 months it will realize the export of processed products to the United Arab Emirates, which is currently in the preparation stage.

Malindo Breaking Fast with Orphanage Children

The holy month of Ramadhan 2025, Malindo held CSR by sending Sunny Chick fried chicken packages for breaking the fast to several orphanages located in Tangerang Regency, Monday, March 17, 2025. Among them are the Assomadiyyah Social Orphanage, the Peduli Anak Bangsa Orphanage Foundation and the Lksa Al-Izanni Orphanage.
The fasting month did not reduce Malindo’s enthusiasm to share kindness by providing 105 packages of Sunny Chick fried chicken to children living in the orphanage. The children were seen very enthusiastic and gathered to welcome the arrival of the Malindo team.
Not only seeking blessings, this activity is Malindo’s effort to meet the needs of animal protein in children while fasting.

We and the children express our gratitude because this assistance can help the nutrition of the children in the orphanage to remain sufficient. Welcoming Ramadhan Malindo Participates in Cheap Market Operation

PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk participated in the cheap food market operation organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, the National Food Agency (NFA) and PT Pos Indonesia. This activity took place during the month of Ramadan from February 24 to March 29, 2025 by selling 5 main products, namely buffalo meat, rice, cooking oil, garlic, sugar and additional chicken and egg products. This Market Operation aims to supply food needs for the community during the month of Ramadan at below market prices.
In this cheap market operation activity, Malindo provides frozen chicken at a price of IDR 34,000 / head according to that set by the government.
This cheap market operation is spread across various PT Pos Indonesia locations throughout Indonesia, and the Ministry of Agriculture’s UPT. In 2024, Malindo Has Distributed 80,3 Tons of Eggs to Improve Community Nutrition

One of the CSR activities carried out by PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk is providing egg assistance to improve community nutrition, both for school children, stunting areas, underprivileged communities and communities affected by natural disasters.
During 2024, Malindo has distributed 1,284,543 eggs for CSR or around 80.3 tons spread across various locations in Indonesia. Among them are helping victims of landslides in Panyindangan Village, Sukatani District, Purwakarta Regency, earthquake victims in Pangalengan, West Java, and flood and landslide victims in Sukabumi. Then many schools, Islamic boarding schools, orphanages, free restaurants, and disability foundations in Jabotabek, Probolinggo, Lumajang, Grobogan, Pesawaran, Ogan Ilir and many other areas have received CSR eggs from Malindo.
Those who received assistance felt the benefits of CSR eggs from Malindo and expressed their gratitude to Malindo. This was expressed by Didi Narsidi from the Tuna Netra Foundation and Tabungan Surga Special School. “Malindo has routinely sent eggs to children from special schools and other blind groups at our foundation. This really helps us in meeting the animal protein needs of blind children who attend school. They are in limited economic conditions plus their physical disabilities. Meanwhile, Rewin Harahan, Director of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk welcomed the CSR of eggs carried out by Malindo which continues to be sustainable from year to year with the number of eggs donated also increasing. “It was recorded that in 2023 the number of eggs that were CSR-ed was 445,084 eggs and in 2024 it had increased by more than 100% to 1,284,543 eggs. Malindo Delivers Aid For Fire Victims in Kemayoran

A fire broke out on Jalan Kebon Kosong, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta on Tuesday afternoon, December 10, 2024. This fire caused 200 houses to burn down and affected 1,800 residents. This data is based on the results of data collection by the DKI Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD).
Hearing the news, PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk in collaboration with the National Food Agency (Bapanas) and other companies distributed food aid to residents affected by the fire which was handed over on Friday, December 13, 2024.
The food donation distributed by Malindo was in the form of instant noodles, mineral water and Sunny Gold eggs. This assistance is expected to ease and help fire victims.
Arief Prasetyo Adi, Head of Bapanas when visiting the refugee location, advised that the nutritional needs of the refugees be met such as carbohydrates, vegetables and protein.
“So the composition must be one third of one plate containing carbohydrates, one third of vegetables, one sixth of protein, where protein is obtained from chicken, eggs, fish, tempeh and tofu. Then another sixth of course is fruit,” said Arief.

Malindo Sends Aid To Flood And Landslide Victims in South Sulawesi

Floods and landslides occurred in several areas of South Sulawesi on May 3, 2024. One of the villages that was quite badly affected by the flood disaster was Kadundung Village, Latimojong District, Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi.
Based on the data received, the flood and landslide resulted in damage to several road and bridge infrastructure. Where this damage resulted in the cutting off of inter-district roads due to landslides and floods.
PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk through the Makassar plant in collaboration with the AAS Community distributed aid to victims of the floods and landslides that hit several regencies in South Sulawesi. This aid is in the form of basic necessities such as eggs, instant noodles, snacks and mineral water.

Malindo Feedmill Holds Free Nutritious Meals in Banyumas Regency

PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk in collaboration with BBPTUHPT Batu Raden which is the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Directorate General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia held a trial of Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) for school children in Banyumas Regency, Central Java Province on 7-11 October 2024. There are 5,619 Elementary School and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students in Banyumas District, Banyumas Regency who received Nutritious Meals.

Director of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk, Rewin Hanrahan welcomed the trial of the Nutritious Meals program in schools. This program is certainly good because the next generation of children will get nutritious food according to their needs. Hopefully the MBG location can also target areas prone to stunting that we still find in Indonesia.
