On November 21-23, 2022, Malindo Group received the arrival of a team of auditors of the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to review Malindo’s unit for the application export permits for frozen chicken carcass and processed products to Singapore.

The series of audits began with an opening meeting led by the Director General of Livestock and Animal Health, Nasrullah at the Office of the Directorate General of Livestock and Animal Health, Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia. After that, the SFA team consisting of Oh Kang Leng, Ann Wong and Suria Fabbri accompanied by representatives from the Directorate General of Livestock and Animal Health went directly to the broiler farm in Cariu Bogor. There was an introduction to the farm profile, seeing the condition of the chickens in the cage and discussions.

On the second day, visit to the RPHU unit of PT Malindo Feedmill in Purwakarta, West Java. Here the SFA team looked into the production room from clean areas to dirty areas and continued with discussions.

On the third day, the SFA team saw the processing unit of PT Malindo Food Delight located in Cikarang, West Java. They see to the production process and flow and also the place where raw materials are stored.

Furthermore, on November 25, 2022, a closing meeting was held at the Directorate General of Livestock and Animal Health. SFA will send officially results of their audit through the Directorate General of PKH to be forwarded to the company.
