PT Malindo Food Delight began its export activities in 2026 by carrying out its first export shipment to Qatar. This shipment represents a strategic step for the company in expanding its international market reach while adding a new export destination in the Middle East region.

In this first export shipment, PT Malindo Food Delight exported Lulu Popping Breaded Chicken products totaling one container. The export release was carried out at PT Malindo Food Delight’s factory located in Cikarang, West Java, on Friday, January 23, 2026.

Qatar is recorded as the third export destination for PT Malindo Food Delight in the Middle East, following Oman and the United Arab Emirates. The addition of this new export destination reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to expand its global market presence and strengthen the competitiveness of its processed food products in the international market.

Malindo Conducts First Export to Qatar

Malindo Exports at the End of 2025

November has passed, and we are approaching the end of December 2025. For Malindo, however, the months of November and December hold a special record due to the high volume of export activities.

It was recorded that Malindo dispatched follow-up exports of processed products to Japan totaling two containers, one container to the United Arab Emirates, two containers to Singapore, as well as one container of carcass products to Singapore. The processed products shipped included various types of karaage and nuggets.

We are grateful that Malindo products continue to reach global markets and are well received by consumers in different countries. Hopefully, 2026 will be even more successful. Stay tuned for upcoming exports to new destination countries.

Kementan Cares for Sumatra Floods

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia (Kementan) and the National Food Agency (Bapanas) organized a social action titled “Kementan Cares for Sumatra Floods”, which took place at the Auditorium of the Ministry of Agriculture on 2 December 2025. This social initiative brought together all stakeholders within the Ministry of Agriculture and the National Food Agency. Within a few hours, donations totaling IDR 75.85 billion were collected.
PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk, as one of the stakeholders in the livestock sector, participated in the Kementan Cares initiative by contributing five trucks of basic food supplies. The donated items included mineral water, biscuits, canned sardines, instant noodles, and cooking oil.
The official release of the Kementan Cares for Sumatra Floods aid was conducted on 4 December 2025 by the Minister of Agriculture, Andi Amran Sulaiman, at the Ministry of Agriculture Office in Ragunan, Jakarta. The aid was subsequently dispatched using the Indonesian Navy vessel KRI Banda Aceh 593 from Kolinlamil Tanjung Priok, Jakarta, heading to Teluk Bayur Port in West Sumatra, Belawan Port in Medan, and finally the port in Banda Aceh. Some of the assistance was also delivered using Hercules aircraft.
On a separate occasion, Minister of Agriculture Andi Amran Sulaiman expressed his appreciation to all stakeholders for their social concern and contributions to the Sumatra flood disaster. The Minister also presented certificates of appreciation to participating stakeholders, including PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk.

PT Leong Ayamsatu Primadona Delivers Aid to Flood Victims in Langkat Regency

As part of the company’s social responsibility, PT Leong Ayamsatu Primadona (Malindo Feedmill Group) distributed humanitarian aid to communities affected by flooding in Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. The aid distribution was carried out on 2 December 2025 by the Leong Medan team.
The assistance was delivered to residents living near Parent Stock Farm Medan 3, which was also affected by the flooding, including Desa Serapuh ABC, Desa Paya Prupuk, and Desa Padang Tualang. The aid packages consisted of mineral water, instant noodles, cooking oil, biscuits, and eggs.
This assistance is expected to help ease the burden on affected communities who have faced difficulties in accessing food and drinking water due to the flooding. It is hoped that the community’s conditions will soon recover and that Medan 3 Farm can resume normal operations.

President of Cobb-Vantress Visits the Head Office of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk

On October 1, 2025, PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk had the honor of welcoming Mr. Shelby Watkins, President of Cobb-Vantress, along with the global management team consisting of Mr. Roy Mutimer (Vice President, Cobb Europe, Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific), Mr. Will Sawyer (Vice President, Global Business Operations & Strategy), and Mr. Sandy Irawan (Asia Sales Director).
The Cobb-Vantress delegation was warmly welcomed by the management team of PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk, including Mr. Lau Joo Hwa, Mr. Lau Joo Kiang, Mr. Lau Joo Keat, Mr. Rewin Hanrahan, and Mr. Chua Khe Hong.
The visit began with a luncheon, held in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. The occasion provided a valuable opportunity to exchange insights on developments in the poultry industry while further strengthening the long-established personal and professional relationships between the two companies. The visit also marked the 23rd anniversary of the partnership, commemorating Malindo’s first import of Cobb GPS in 2002.

Malindo Joins the Celebration of National Livestock Service Month and ILDEX 2025

PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk took part in the peak celebration of the 189th National Livestock and Animal Health Service Month, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture in collaboration with the Fisheries and Livestock Office of Bogor Regency at Pakansari Stadium, Sunday (21/9). The event carried the theme “Healthy Livestock, Prosperous Farmers, Advanced Indonesia.”
The celebration was attended by government officials, academics, business players, and thousands of enthusiastic visitors who filled the stadium. In his remarks, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Sudaryono, emphasized that the livestock subsector is a vital part of the National Priority Program Makan Bergizi (Nutritious Food). “I invite all stakeholders to move together in advancing the agriculture and livestock sector,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Director General of Livestock and Animal Health, Agung Suganda, stressed that the Livestock and Animal Health Service Month is not merely a ceremony, but an important momentum to strengthen cross-sector collaboration. At this event, Malindo participated by opening a booth showcasing processed products from PT Malindo Food Delight (MFD) as well as operating the Sunny Chick food truck. MFD displayed a wide range of its flagship products under brands such as SunnyGold, Ciki Wiki, Sobat, and Sohib, offering nuggets, sausages, and karaage. The booth attracted many visitors with exciting promotions and free tasting opportunities. Guests enthusiastically sampled the products, expressed appreciation for the taste, and even purchased items to take home.
